Land Registry Title Plan

A Title plan is designed to show the boundary of a property. No boundary line is perfectly accurate but does give a guide as to the ownership of the land and/or property.

Why do I need a Title Plan?

A Title Plan registers your land or property with Land Registry to confirm that you are the owner. This document will mark where the approximate boundary of your property is. A title plan can never be exact but your land will be within this marked boundary area. We can only create a Title Plan if you are the freeholder.

  • Boundary area marked in red

  • Property address

  • Property owner name

Our plans are completed in CAD software and will be emailed to you by PDF. If you require printed copies please contact us.

This is to understand works being done or for boundary lines that aren't very clear. Sometimes a site visit is required.
