Land Registry Title Plan
A Title plan is designed to show the boundary of a property. No boundary line is perfectly accurate but does give a guide as to the ownership of the land and/or property.
Why do I need a Title Plan?
A Title Plan registers your land or property with Land Registry to confirm that you are the owner. This document will mark where the approximate boundary of your property is. A title plan can never be exact but your land will be within this marked boundary area. We can only create a Title Plan if you are the freeholder.
